"My experience at Family Dream Fitness was outstanding. This training was comprised in sets of various workout drills in limited intervals of rest. In a span of 45-50 mins, I exerted my body into 12+ drills that encompassed a full body workout. Kasey observes all his clients tendencies and aids in making suggestions for future workouts that will tackle his clients weaknesses. He does a excellent job in assessing the level of physicality of each of his clients and tailoring workouts to get each of his clients better and more physically fit. Of course fitness is an ongoing quality of life so if you are an individual that wants to get in good shape or even train for high school, collegiate, or professional sports, then I highly recommend to try out Family Dreams Fitness!"

"Kasey Render at Family Dreams Fitness might be new to the game but you would never know it based on the breadth of his fitness knowledge. I had very specific training goals which he immediately addressed. He was also very professional and understood my limits very well. There are many trainers who do not understand your physical limits and risk pushing you to extreme soreness or injury. I never felt this was the case at Family Dreams Fitness. Don't get me wrong, you will still be motivated to push to new levels that you did not think you could previously do. Even if you think you are in "good enough" shape, he will still find a way to kick your butt. I guarantee you that you will leave feeling much better than when you came. “My name is Laura and I met Kasey through a friend. I'm someone who's never played a sport or been someone who’s committed to the gym. I wanted to lose some weight and sought help from Kasey. He personally trained me at the UCF gym and started me off by doing conditioning for a few weeks. As time passed by, he mixed up the exercises, added more weight or something new.
