Fitness Assessment and Evaluation
All clients will begin with a fitness assessment and evaluation before starting their official training sessions. This assessment and evaluation gives me the opportunity to get to know you and thoroughly learn about your fitness goals. We will go through a full range of functional exercises and stretches to pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses. On top of the physical exercises and stretches, we will take a variety of body measurements. At the conclusion of the fitness assessment, we will determine which route is best for your specific scenario. Tests that would be done include:
- Isolated Movement Testing
- Functional Movement Testing
- Biomechanical Alignment
- Individual Muscle Strength Testing
- Compound Muscle Strength Testing
- Mobility and Flexibility Testing
- Injury Risk Assessment and Prevention
Payment Options
Pay Per Session
Clients have the option of paying for sessions at the time of each individual session. The benefit to this method is that it can be more affordable to some as you don't have to shed out a lump sum of money at one time. A possible negative to this method is that you are not held as accountable to your actions because there is no pressure to come to the gym.
*Sessions are more expensive when paid per session (cost and time of processing is taken into effect).

Clients have the option of paying for sessions a month at a time (4 or more sessions paid up front). The benefit of this method is that you can be held more accountable for your workouts and health. If you pay for a month up front, you are more likely to come workout because you already paid for it.
