Fitness Assessment and Evaluation
Before beginning training sessions, each client will undergo a thorough fitness assessment and evaluation. This process includes a range of functional exercises, stretches, and body measurements to identify strengths, weaknesses, and specific fitness goals. The assessment also includes testings such as Isolated Movement, Functional Movement, Biomechanical Alignment, Muscle Strength, Mobility and Flexibility, and Injury Risk Assessment and Prevention to determine the best plan of action. The entire evaluation should take approximately 60-75 minutes.
Payment Options
Pay Per Session
Clients have the option to pay for individual sessions, which can be more budget-friendly as it does not require a lump sum payment. However, this method may not provide the same level of accountability as there is no pressure to attend scheduled sessions. It's worth noting that paying per session typically incurs higher costs due to processing time and fees.
Pay Per Month
Clients have the option of paying for sessions a month at a time (4 or more sessions paid up front). The benefit of this method is that you can be held more accountable for your workouts and health. If you pay for a month up front, you are more likely to come workout because you already paid for it.
