Confessionals 001 Kasey Render

I get paid to be the healthy conscious for people. When I’m around, you become more calm, you open up more, you become more understanding. I help you refocus and plan out your life. I do this because I truly want to see a more healthy and positive world and I know it takes impacting people one person at a time.

This is why I said from the very beginning that this is way more than fitness. Fitness is just an outlet to the mind. I want to reprogram and retrain your mind. In order to reset, you have to free your mind. Hence, why I made the Family Dreams Fitness slogan “Free Your Mind”.

I’m a good person to have around or be on your team. My track record speaks for itself.

You have to pay attention to what you want to be. Don’t be a prisoner of the times, you know what’s authentic from the heart, the gut, the feeling. I’m promoting an energy not a product or service. The energy is the brain and the rest is the body. This is why “NEGATIVITY” sells and POSITIVITY gets ignored.

I’m fighting to make POSITIVITY relevant again and profitable. Our leaders of the past lost their lives for this war on humanity. I’m willing to do the same!

While thirty percent of Americans say they get regular physical activity, forty percent say they get none. With all that’s known about the importance of being active and the benefits it provides to both physical and mental health, Americans’ refusal to start and stick with a regular exercise program is only a few clicks short of insane. Excuses just don’t cut it here, folks. End of story.

Here are 10 reasons why regular exercise is so important to your overall well-being and in achieving optimal health.

1. Helps fight virtually every illness that shortens healthspan. At Ageology, we make a clear distinction between lifespan—the number of years between a person’s first breath and his or her last—and healthspan, the number of years that person spends being healthy and not disabled. Heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and osteoporosis all shorten healthspan. These illnesses, which are typically associated with getting older, can potentially make the last 20 years of a person’s life a daily hell of medical interventions, drug side effects and lack of precious independence. Regular physical activity substantially reduces risk of all these diseases and their subsequent consequences.

You have to give off positive vibes and be confident. You also have to be yourself. This will lead you to the people that are right for you. You may also need to practice forgiveness. Resentment only breeds bitterness and unhappiness, and it’s time to let the negativity go.

People have a huge impact on your life. “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with,” says American entrepreneur and motivational speaker Jim Rohn. With this in mind, you should think about the people you’re spending time with the same way you think about what you eat and how you’re exercising.
Some people can be parasites. They suck out your happiness, energy and maybe some of your tangible resources as well. You can put spending time with them in the same category as eating nachos on the couch.

So what make someone a “good” person to spend time with? And what are the benefits of surrounding yourself with these people?
