This article was first seen on www.active.com Have you ever said, "Starting Monday, I'm going to exercise and eat better." With this plan, you may not start Monday. You may wonder why you couldn't get a workout in or pick healthier food that day. Many of us find it hard to stay motivated to eat better or exercise more. We know we need to, but, we put it off for tomorrow, or next week, or longer. It's hard to hold yourself accountable. Some of you have personal trainers, like me, showing up at your door. But, what if you don't have me showing up at your door? Is there another way? Yes. Call on a friend or a neighbor. That's right, grab a buddy. Who knows, that person may need you for the very same reason.
