Because of the pandemic all over the world, we need to boost our immune system to fight the disease. There are a lot of different ways to improve our immune system like drinking supplements, exercise and eating a well balance diet. Aside from boosting our body, we must also help our mental well-being. We must also do our best to avoid acquiring the virus. Wearing face masks, washing our hands frequently, use hand sanitizer whenever we go outside and observe social distancing.
