Family Dreams Fitness NFL Opening Day Workout Challenge

Family Dreams Fitness encourages you to be active during tonight's NFL opening game. Tonight's workout will challenge you as the game intensifies.

• For every Tom Brady touchdown pass do 20 Squats.
• For every Tom Brady 20+ yard pass completion do 20 Jumping Jacks.
• For every Patriots rushing touchdown do 10 Push-Ups.
• For every Patriots made field goal do 5 Split Squats.
• For every Alex Smith touchdown pass do 15 Sit-Ups.
• For every Alex Smith 10+ yard pass completion do a 30 Second Plank.
• For every Chiefs rushing touchdown do 20 Bicycle Crunches.
• For every Chiefs made field goal do 5 Jump Squats. 
• For every turnover do 40 High Knees.

***IF THE GAME GOES INTO OVERTIME, DO ONE ROUND OF EVERY EXERCISE***
