What do you do for a living (school/job)?
I am an Optometric Technician for a private Optometry practice
 
Do you think about your health?
I do!
 
How do you feel about the way that you eat?
Only okay. I know I should be doing better with my eating habits, unfortunately, I let my work schedule have the best of me.

How active were you when you were younger and what activities did you do for exercise? Did you have P.E.?
Extremely active; between playing travel soccer for 7+ years and being in a dance company for 4+ years, you couldn’t keep me still!

What is your dream in life? Are you working towards that dream?
My dream in life is to first off maintain happiness, next, would be good health.

How stressful is your life right now?
Not as stressful as it was 2 years ago.

How do you cope with your stress?
Going to the gym! Right after work is when I feel I am most stressed, so I usually head straight there to air it out.

Do you know how to exercise properly?
Very much so, however, I have been in a boot for almost a month and feel that I have gained a few pounds since going away from my 4-5 day a week gym routine.

Do you know how to eat healthy?
I do, but it’s a matter of will I take the time to do it.

What changes do you want to see in the health industry?
Cost of healthy food! It’s crazy how much good quality food adds up to.

Do you think being healthy will ever be at the forefront in society?
No, unfortunately it will always be overshadowed by something more “important."
