It's in the process of getting better. I try my hardest to eat right and work out at least 30 min a day doing cardio.
How do you feel about the way that you eat?
I try to eat clean. I make sure to have breakfast, fruit for snacks and have veggies and chicken for lunch...dinner may vary depending how I feel after work
How active were you when you were younger and what activities did you do for exercise? Did you have P.E.?
I would work out at school. Made sure to take some physical activity class and jumping rope was my favorite activity to do.
What is your dream in life? Are you working towards that dream?
My current dream is to live a healthy life while working in furthering my career. Yes, I'm currently working out every day and will start my masters in the fall of this year.
How stressful is your life right now?
Not too stressful since I'm only working.
How do you cope with your stress?
I listen to music.
Do you know how to exercise properly?
I believe so but correct my posture/exercise if I'm told I'm not doing it right.
Do you know how to eat healthy?
I feel like I can always make improvements.
What changes do you want to see in the health industry?
Less processed food and healthier options/meals when on the run.
Do you think being healthy will ever be at the forefront in society?
It should be considering the number of obese people in America.
