Fear is normal and just as instinctive as breathing. Fear promotes survival. We all experience it some time or another. Fear is usually the best indicator of whether or not we should embark on a certain endeavor. If it weren’t big, if it didn’t have the capability to change us or the course of our life thus far, would we feel this fear? Probably not. It lets us know that some major growth is on the way. It also protects us. If we didn’t fear the burn of a hot stove, what would keep us from resting our hands on it and burning ourselves over and over again?
