 When you watch a newscast, what do you think? "Oh, there goes the media pushing some sort of agenda for personal gain." But do you really know what is happening inside the newsroom day-in and day-out, all the different pieces that have to come together just to make a great show? Executive Producer for WESH-2, Jon Carlisle, sat down with me after a long day (nights, actually, since he works the sunrise shift) of work and spoke candidly about what it takes to be a great producer.
