Stress has a big contribution in all illness that are present in our present days. Everyone, in some point of their life had encountered or will encounter unbearable stress that may affect their physical body. It is very important to know how to deal with stress. I agree with all the possible steps you have shared in fighting stress. My best stress reliever that I have discovered is listening to my own set of playlist, playing with my dogs, and a 30 - 1 hour cardio exercise. We need to release ourselves from too much stress that we are facing to live a happy and long life.
