Water is very important in our body, especially during summer. Our body sweats so much during this season and we must immediately replenish it. There are so many ways that our body signal us that we must hydrate our body. But for me we must not wait, before it happens. I always have a 1 liter of water beside me wherever I go. I once read about heat stroke that's why I know that I should hydrate my water as much as I could. And I also know that there are a hundred reasons why we must maintain to be hydrated.
